Drone Incidents & Regulations Worldwide: A Map for You

The civilian use of drones presents homeland security, critical national infrastructure and commercial industries with a myriad of safety and privacy challenges. The growing number of incidents in just the past year involving drone intrusions into high-security areas such as airports, nuclear sites, government buildings and prisons have done little to satisfy concerns for public safety, and although regulatory frameworks for drones are being developed, they are still in their infancy.

It is with this in mind that we have created an interactive drone regulations and drone incident map which should inform both those tasked with protecting civilian areas as well as those involved in creating technologies to counter drones what they can and cannot do in the event of a malicious drone activity or attack.

If you found the map useful and you want to find out more about countering drones, technologies to help and real life case studies then please take a look at the agenda for the Countering Drones summit here >>

The event takes place in London between the 6th-8th December and attracts cross industry experts to discuss this increasing problem. Those attending recognise that this is an issue that looks set to only get worse and are preparing themselves with strategies and technologies now.
