We are delighted to announce that Chi Onwurah MP, Shadow Minister for Industrial Strategy is confirmed to deliver a keynote session. Chi led Labour's pre-2015 election review of digital government policy and, as co-chair of the Parliamentary ICT forum, is an advocate for digital skills and digital enablement.
