GREENFLEET takes the ROAD-2-ZERO Roadshow to the East of England for the fifth and penultimate leg of its 6-region series of online events - a region that appears to have been somewhat over-looked when it comes to air quality and electrification.
We have four packed sessions for you and then you'll have a choice of breakout rooms where you can put your questions to the experts.
Session One will cover Policy, Purchasing & Incentives, Session Two: Drive Electric - A Commercial Success, Session Three: Right Vehicle, Right Choice and Session 4: Creating a Green Network.
We'll hear from OLEV on the UK strategy and how we get to net-zero. They will explain the financial help that is available to you. The Crown Commercial Service will talk to us about their 'Fleet' and 'Charging & Infrastructure' purchasing frameworks. The SMMT, who represents the motor industry, will explain what work is going on from its members - the vehicle manufacturers, to ensure the coming technology is future-proof and will help us on the road-to zero. National Grid will be with us to explain their plans to make sure the energy sector is ready.
We'll hear about the latest vehicles from Maxus, Volvo, Kia, Toyota & Lexus and we'll have case studies from Associated British Ports and the Plug In Suffolk Project plus much more to be confirmed.
If you are the Fleet or Transport Manager and look after the vehicles, you need to join us. If your role is Estates and Facilities, then we have the charging and infrastructure solutions you need. Do you have a CSR policy, or environmental strategy in place? Then we have all the information an environmental or sustainability professional requires. And finally there’s the money.
