Reducing air pollution is key to improving air quality, and transport has a major role to play... Join us at GreenFleet LEEDS on the 13th July at Elland Road Stadium, to help kickstart the revolution!
GreenFleet events have been promoting ultra-low emission vehicles nationally to fleet managers and businesses for the past 12 years, and are now assisting Leeds City Council as they prepare to deliver their strategy to reduce air pollution across the city by implementing a Clean Air Zone by the end of 2019. This is in line with the recommendations of the DEFRA/UK Government’s new improvement plan, and organisations that operate fleets in and around the city need to ‘ready for change’.
As well as a variety of vehicle manufacturers joining us on the day, we will also have leasing experts LeasePlan, and leaders in Compressed Natural Gas, CNG Fuels. See below for details on both companies:

They are also the only UK company that has been approved for dispensing renewable and sustainable Biomethane for transport, that is distributed through the UK gas grid.
CNG Fuels Bio-CNG is Biomethane, 100% sourced from waste, independently verified and approved by the Department for Transport’s Renewable Transport Fuel Obligation (RTFO). Biomethane Fuel reduces CO2 emissions by around 83% compared to Diesel, and reduces fuel costs by 35-45%. Vehicles can run solely on gas (dedicated), or on both diesel and gas (dual-fuel), and new engines can provide ranges greater than 500km, with very low efficiency loss compared to diesel.
GreenFleet LEEDS is a FREE TO ATTEND including breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout the day, and will feature keynote speaker sessions hosted by TV presenter and motoring journalist, Quentin Willson, DfT’s OLEV (Office for Low Emission Vehicles) team and Leeds City Council. As well as the chance to TEST DRIVE the latest electric and gas-powered vehicles from some of the world’s leading manufacturer’s including Toyota, Nissan, BMW and IVECO, visitors will get the chance to speak to experts in vehicle technology, leasing and finance, recharging and refuelling technology and more.
