Now on its 9th year, GreenFleet SCOTLAND has firmly established itself as Scotland’s green fleet event of the year… Here are a few reminders why this is a MUST ATTEND event! New Prius Plug-in Hybrid will make its Scottish fleet debut at GreenFleet Scotland this year! This stunning new model features an all-new full hybrid system, regenerative braking that recaptures electrical energy for storage in the battery, and a solar panel roof that allows the car to charge using energy from the sun, increasing the range up to 3 miles a day! An increased EV range of 39miles, with a top speed in EV mode of 83mph, makes this the ideal “car about town”, and with 2 hours charging time (based on 16 Amp charging capability), CO2 emissions of 22g/km and average fuel consumption of 282mpg, this is truly going to be a Star of the Show!
