RADICALISATION & EXTREMISM:

THE BIGGER PICTURE

22nd April 10.00am – 12.30pm £50

Meet the Speakers

Over the next few weeks, we will be putting the spotlight on each of the experts that will make up the speaker panel for CTB365's April event -  Radicalisation & Extremism: The Bigger Picture

This week, we focus on Hanif Qadir, Expert: Deradicalisation & Rehabilitation of Terrorist Offenders.

Hanif describes himself as not one to mince his words and he certainly has the goods to back this up. Hanif founded The Active Change Foundation - a charity set up to counter violent extremism and prevent gang crime - and was the Foundation’s CEO. He is now consultant and advisor on P/CVE work to deradicalise and rehabilitate terrorist offenders.

Hanif is also the face behind the globally recognised #NotinMyName campaign, amongst other best practice models based on personal and real grass roots engagement.

Sixteen years of experience in this sector has placed Hanif face-to-face with many high-risk individuals and he has used these experiences to become a seasoned international speaker/lecturer/panellist on CVE and de-radicalisation counter measures.
