2007, 30 June: Glasgow Airport attack - Five people were injured by Islamic terrorists. It was the first terrorist attack to take place in Scotland since the Lockerbie bombing in 1988.
2010, 14 May: MP Stephen Timms was stabbed by a British Islamic extremist.
2013, 22 May: A British soldier, Lee Rigby, was murdered in an Islamic extremist attack in Woolwich.
2016, 16 June: Murder of Jo Cox – by a white nationalist.
2017, 22 March: Westminster attack – PC Keith Palmer and three others killed, 50 injured by Islamic extremist attack.
2017, 22 May: Manchester Arena bombing – 22 killed, 139 injured by an Islamist suicide bomber.
2017, 3 June: London Bridge attack – Eight people were killed and at least 48 wounded by three Islamic extremists.
2017, 19 June: Finsbury Park attack – One killed several injured.
2017, 15 September: Parsons Green bombing – Thirty people injured.
2018, 14 August: Westminster car attack.
2018, 31 December: Knife attack at Manchester Victoria station. 3 people seriously injured by Islamic extremist.
2019, 29 November: London Bridge stabbing – 2 people killed, 3 injured by Islamic extremist.
2020, 9 January: Whitemoor prison - one prison officer stabbed several times, others injured by Islamic extremist inmate.
2020, 2 February: Streatham stabbing.
