CREATING THE UNBELIEVABLE

DURING COP26

November 2021 sees a delayed 26th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) arrive in Glasgow, for a 12-day gathering of world leaders and their delegations, discussing the planet and how we make the shift to net-zero.

With transport playing a significant role in the emissions and air quality narrative, and mass-adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) can help make a significant difference in the battle against climate change.

We will create a 5-day story that aims to showcase that EVs are here to stay, they can be your everyday family or work vehicle and that the public charging infrastructure is already good and will only get better.

We present the EV Rally Of Scotland (EVROS)… A 1200-electric-mile showcase of all-things EV, taking in charging infrastructure, clean energy projects and iconic Scottish landmarks, while tackling some of the most testing and remote terrain in Europe, at the same time.

And you can follow the Rally across all the social media platforms, and if we’re passing nearby, pop down and meet the Drivers at one of the 30 x Checkpoints. This is your chance to be a part of something unbeliEVable!

THE ROUTE
COP 26

WE NEED YOU!

EVROS would not be possible without the support of our Partners. We have 4 x Teams, coming from Maxus, Kia, Polestar & Stellantis (featuring Peugeot, Citroen, DS, Vauxhall & Fiat), and they are supported by AA, SWARCO, Vanarama, Michelin Scotland Innovation Parc, DriveTech and Western Commercial.

But this story would not be complete without YOU! We’re hereby inviting you to be a part of the conversation by following the LIVE progress being broadcast, as we make our way around the route. Like it… Share it… Spread the word… All you need to do is ’pick a channel’!
