Session 1 - Strategy and Planning
The first session of the morning will see a keynote presentation from Phil Killingley, Deputy Head of the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles, on the Road to 2030. Phil will be followed by a presentation that will discuss the Midlands regional issues, including Birmingham's newly opened Clean Air Zone.

Session 2 - Sourcing the Workhorse
The second session will cover EV salary sacrifice with LeasePlan, who will explain the benefits to the driver. Maxus will showcase their latest commercial vehicles and Volvo talk to us about their latest fleet range. We also have a case study from forward thinking Director of Sustainability, Social Value and Fleet, Simon King from Mitie, who have over 1000 electric vehicles on their fleet. Simon will talk about his net zero journey so far, as well as be on hand to answer your questions.

Session 3 - Juice It Up, Ready For Use
Session three will have all your charging and infrastructure needs covered. Connected Kerb will talk about how they're creating a local charging network and provide a case study on the work they have been doing with Coventry City Council. ubitricity discuss empowering the streets of the Midlands and Pivot Power explain charging hubs - bringing power to the masses!

Session 4 - Net Zero Government
The morning's final session will cover everything from hybrids to fuel cells with Toyota & Lexus Fleet and we'll close with a look at the public purchasing frameworks from Crown Commercial Service, as they provide a case study on Longhurst Housing Group and their staff car scheme, which is supported by LeasePlan. They will explain how they are incentivising fleet drivers.
