You may or may not be aware that due to COVID within our team, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the scheduled GREENFLEET East & South East event, due to take place 7th April in Dartford.

But fear not! We have put together an online event crammed full of everything you need to implement a clean fleet strategy, but more than that we zoom in on the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Strategy announced by the Transport Secretary on 25th March.

The Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Strategy is a significant move by the UK government to support fleets that face increasing pressure to switch to net zero. The Strategy is backed by £1.6bn and aims to make charging an electric vehicle (EV) ‘easier and cheaper’ than refuelling a petrol or diesel car.

With support from OZEV, we will gather at 14.00hrs on Thursday 07 April, for “A Look At Taking charge: The electric vehicle infrastructure strategy”. The programme, packed full of information, guidance, advice on how to access the new grant money available and how we shape the future of EV charging in the UK fleet sector will be covered.

So, if you are a fleet or transport manager, estates or facilities manager, involved in planning, sustainability, highways or simply have an interest in clean air and net zero, there is still only one place to be on 07 April.
