The rollout of Electric Vehicles now presents an opportunity for schools and other academic institutions to benefit from installing charging infrastructure.

Taking place on Thursday May 9 at 10.30am, the latest EB Focus webinar Electric Vehicle Charging in Education will bring together a panel of EV and education experts to discuss the Workplace Charging Scheme.

This has now been extended to schools, academies, colleges and universities meaning they are eligible for grants that reduce the cost of installing new charge points by up to 75 per cent. State-funded education institutions are able to claim up to £2,500 per charging socket for up to 40 charge points.
