Andy Eastlake
In his role at the Zemo Partnership, (formerly LowCVP) Andy was involved in the design and implementation of the latest accreditation schemes for both buses and HGVs, and supports the DfT and OLEV in stimulating the uptake of low carbon technologies. Andy is a Fellow of the Institution of the Mechanical Engineers and a former Board member of CENEX - the Centre of Excellence for Low Carbon & Fuel Cell Technologies.
Chris Shippen
In his role as a fleet procurement and commercial consultant, Chris has been delivering supply chain and policy solutions for cost reduction and operational excellence in leading UK and international fleets over the last 15 years. Most recently, at Mitie, he set up and led the supply chain for electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, electricity payment solutions and telematics, bringing 2,200 pure electric vehicles on the road within two years.
