Beginning with a residential weekend, the programme supports attendees to develop their leadership skills to facilitate the changes needed to enable successful T Level delivery.

Why should I attend?

The T Level Leadership Development Programme, delivered by King's College London and ChangeSchool, is designed to help senior staff in the technical and education sector develop strategies and approaches for managing change across their providers during T Level planning and roll out.

 

This is a challenging, six-month programme, starting with a 2-day residential weekend, to take your change management skills to the next level as a basis for ongoing development and organisational change.

 

After completing this programme, you will have the knowledge and confidence to:
 

Demonstrate a critical awareness of organisational strategy and change in relation to your own experience and context.
Analyse the strengths and limitations of a variety of change management approaches in different contexts.
Identify, assess, and develop strategies to overcome barriers to change in your own organisation.
Use appropriate tools and techniques to implement informed solutions in your own organisation.
