Why should I attend?

The T Level Leadership Development Programme, delivered by Kings College London and ChangeSchool, is designed to help senior staff in the technical and vocational education sector develop strategies and approaches for managing change across their providers during T Level planning and roll out.

 

This is a challenging, year-long programme, starting with a residential weekend, to take your change management skills to the next level as a basis for ongoing development and organisational change.

 

After completing this programme, you will have the knowledge and confidence to improve teaching practice in preparation for T Levels and ultimately ensure that learners undertaking T Levels develop the knowledge, skills, behaviours, and competencies required. You will also gain access to the Kings Executive Alumni Association.
