Tom Cullen

Senior Policy Advisor, Vehicle Incentives, Office for Zero Emission Vehicles

As lead policy official for the Plug in Van Grant, Tom is responsible for an operating budget of more than £100m per financial year and overall delivery of the grant scheme. Under his leadership Tom has expanded the Plug in Vehicle Grant delivery period to 18 months and extended the Plug in Van Grant annual order limit to 1500 per customer.
