Join us tomorrow at 10:30 AM for the EB Focus webinar Electric Vehicle Charging in Education - where a group of experts from both the EV and education sectors will explore the Workplace Charging Scheme.
This program has recently been expanded to include schools, academies, colleges, and universities, making them eligible for grants that cover up to 75% of the cost of new charging installations. Public educational institutions can receive up to £2,500 per charging socket for a maximum of 40 sockets.
|
Dave Smith from the British Educational Suppliers Association will host the event, with sponsorship from EV charging leaders E.ON. The discussion will cover initial costs, return on investment, workplace culture and strategies to minimise risks and ensure success from the start.
Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with and direct questions to our panel of experts, which includes Milly Murray and Richard Mace from the Office of Zero Emission Vehicles, James Brown from the Energy Saving Trust, Tracey Burrows/Mel Bogle from E.ON and Electric Vehicle Expert Kate Armitage.

The webinar is free to attend for education professionals, with places offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to register and discover how your institution can benefit from the electric vehicle movement.
